Jasdeep Singh Gill, also known as Hazur Ji, is an Indian spiritual leader and patron of the Radha Soami Satsang Beas society and the designated successor to the current spiritual head of Radha Soami Satsang Beas, Gurinder Singh.[1]
Early life and education
Gill was born in Amritsar, Punjab, India, and graduated from the Indian Institute Of Technology Delhi and was All India Rank-1 in GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering).[2] He went to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for a master's degree in chemical engineering and has a doctorate from Cambridge University.
Role in Radha Soami Satsang Beas
Since 2024, he has served as patron of all RSSB societies, as announced by Radha Soami Satsang Beas. While announcing him as a Patron, RSSB officially named him the future spiritual head, pending the tenure of Gurinder Singh.[3]
Personal life
He lives in Beas, Punjab, and owns a residence in Mumbai.[4] Prior to his appointment as Sant Satguru, he had been working as a Chief Strategy officer for Cipla since 2019.
