Janów [ˈjanuf] is a village in Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Janów. It lies approximately 21 km (13 mi) west of Sokółka and 39 km (24 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
