Ilusion (イルシオン, Irushion) is a Japanese masked professional wrestler signed to DDT Pro-Wrestling where he is one third of the current KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions in his first reign and a former two-time Ironman Heavymetalweight Champion.[3] He also competes in various promotions from the Japanese independent scene.[4]
Professional wrestling career
DDT Pro-Wrestling (2021–present)
Ilusion made his professional wrestling debut in DDT Pro-Wrestling at Wrestle Peter Pan 2021 on August 21, where he teamed up with Yuji Okabayashi, Tamura, Mizuki Watase and Yuki Iino in a losing effort against Disaster Box (Harashima and Naomi Yoshimura), Yusuke Okada, Raimu Imai and El Unicorn.[5] During his time in the promotion, he was part of the "Damnation T.A" and "Schadenfreude International" units ans chased for various accomplishments.[2]
Ilusion regularly competes in flagship events of the promotion. At Never Mind 2021 on December 26, he fell short to Vent Vert Jack in singles competition.[6] At Judgement 2022: DDT 25th Anniversary on March 20, he teamed up with Burning (Yusuke Okada and Yuya Koroku) to defeat Tomomitsu Matsunaga, Toui Kojima and Yuki Ishida.[7] At Wrestle Peter Pan 2022 on August 20, Ilusion teamed up with Okada and Koroku again, this time picking up a victory over Toui Kojima, Yuki Ishida and Takeshi Masada.[8]
At Into The Fight 2023 on February 26, he teamed up with Hideki Okatani and Yuki Ishida in a losing effort against Keigo Nakamura, Toui Kojima and Kazuma Sumi.[9] At Judgement 2023 on March 21, he teamed up with Munetatsu Nakamura and defeated El Unicorn and Raimu Imai.[10] At Mega Max Bump 2023 on May 3, he defeated Danshoku "Dandy" Dino in singles competition.[11]
At Into The Fight 2024 on February 20, he teamed up with Yuki Iino and Yuni in a losing effort against Schadenfreude International (Antonio Honda, Chris Brookes and Masahiro Takanashi).[12] At Judgement 2024 on March 17, Ilusion teamed up with Rukiya and To-y to defeat Yuni, Yuya Koroku and Kazuma Sumi.[13] At Wrestle Peter Pan 2024 on July 21, he teamed up with Yuni and Yuya Koroku in a losing effort against Keigo Nakamura, Yuki Ishida and Kazuma Sumi.[14] At Dramatic Infinity 2024 on September 29, he teamed up with Schadenfreude International stablemate Antonio Honda in a losing effort against Damnation T.A (Daisuke Sasaki, MJ Paul and Kanon).[15] At God Bless DDT 2024 on October 20, he switched units to Damnation T.A as he teamed up with stablemates Daisuke Sasaki, MJ Paul and Kanon to defeat former unit colleagues Antonio Honda, Chris Brookes, Masahiro Takanashi and Takeshi Masada.[16] At Ultimate Party 2024 on December 28, he teamed up with Demus in a losing effort against Yuni and Kazuma Sumi.[17]
At Judgement 2025 on March 20, he teamed up with MJ Paul to defeat JJ Furno and Tomomitsu Matsunaga.[18]
Ilusion competed in various signature events of the promotion. In the D Generations Cup, he made his first appearance at the inaugural edition of 2023 where he placed himself in the A block of the competition and scored a total of two points after gonig against Yuya Koroku, Hideki Okatani and Kazuma Sumi.[19] In the 2024 edition which was held under a round-robin tournament, Ilusion defeated Yuni in the first rounds only to fall short to To-y in the semifinals.[20] At the 2025 edition, he was a runner up in the A block with two points after competing against Takeshi Masada, Keigo Nakamura and Yuki Ishida.[21]
Japanese independent circuit (2023–present)
Ilusion often competes in various promotions of the Japanese independent scene as a developmental talent sent by DDT. At TJPW/DDT/GCW, a cross-over event held on April 19, 2025, he teamed up with Daisuke Sasaki and Dark Sheik in a losing effort against Marcus Mathers, Shoko Nakajima and Super Crazy.[22]
