"I Love You Hoe" (stylized in all caps) is a song by American rapper Odetari and New Zealand producer 9lives. It was released on July 12, 2023, as the second single from their collaborative EP 3x3[4] and the former's EP Door To Dusk. The song peaked at number eighteen on the Official New Zealand Music chart for a whole week, it first charted on August 18, 2023. While on the US Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart,[5] peaked at the top three. It received a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[6][7]

Background

The song later got a remix featuring Trippie Redd.[8] It uses a beat titled, "morgue",[‡ 1] on 9lives' album, "33.1FM". The lyrics were written and performed by Odetari, and the beat was produced by 9lives. The song has traces of hyperpop[1] and sigilkore.[2][3]
