Hisham's Palace Museum is located within the grounds of the Hisham's Palace archaeological site in Khirbet al-Mafjar, in the city of Jericho, Palestine.[1][2]
Foundation
The museum was established in 2000 CE.[3] It displays relics and examples of pottery from the Umayyad and Abbasid caliphates, discovered within the Umayyad palace complex.[4] The museum also houses ancient artifacts from the Khirbet al-Mafjar site.[5]
