Helenów [xɛˈlɛnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zwoleń, within Zwoleń County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 km (4 mi) east of Zwoleń and 105 km (65 mi) south-east of Warsaw.
