Gujjar Bakerwal Conference is primarily brainchild of Haji Buland Khan is a social and political platform for the rights, development, and representation of the tribal classes of Jammu and Kashmir, especially the Gujjar Bakerwal community. The conference was established in the early 2000s.[1] under the patronage and leadership of Mr. Haji Buland Khan.[2]

The Gujjar Bakerwal Conference was established in early 2000 to unite Gujjar Bakerwal Community under one banner.[3][4]
