Fiona Buttigieg (nÊe Constable; born 18 July 1998) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Luton Town Ladies and the Malta women's national team.
Club career
Luton Town Ladies
After beginning her career at Aylesford F.C. Ladies, Buttigieg joined Luton Town Ladies following a successful trial period in the summer of 2021.[2] In her second season with the club, she helped the club win the Bedfordshire FA Women's County Cup and the Eastern Region League Cup.
International career
Buttigieg was first called up to the Malta women's national football team in February 2025 [3] for the island nation's 2025 UEFA Women's Nations League fixtures against Cyprus and Andorra. Buttigieg made her debut for Malta as a second-half substitute in the 2â1 defeat against Cyprus, and started the following game against Andorra.
