Fadil Fazlija (born 15 July 1972), known professionally as Fazlija, is a Bosnian turbo-folk singer.[1] He achieved international fame in 2021 when his 2015 song "Helikopter" went viral on TikTok, sparking a global trend and garnering attention from celebrities such as the Kardashian family, Britney Spears, and athletes from Real Madrid.[2]
Music career
Fazlija began his music career in 1997 with his first Studio album "Prosjak i kraljica" who was produced by Samir Mujagić and released by label "Lazarević". In 2021 Fazlija received wider recognition for his song "Helikopter" which became a popular trend on TikTok, and later on hit the charts in other countries.[3] The song's popularity has led to over 100 million online views.
Personal life
Fazlija is married to Ajka Kovačević, and together they have two children. They live in Linz, Austria.
