Eyes of Oblivion is the eight album released by the Swedish rock band The Hellacopters. The album was recorded in Stockholm. The album is the first album with new original songs since 2005, the longest period in the bands history. Eyes of Oblivion is also the first album with guitarist Dregen since 1997's Payin' the Dues.

To promote the release of Eyes of Oblivion, the band released a seven-inch vinyl of the album's lead single, "Reap a Hurricane", on 4 February 2022. A music video for "Reap a Hurricane" was released on the same day as the announcement.[3]
