Elysa Chen Shiyun (Chinese: 陈诗韵; pinyin: Chén Shīyùn) is a Singaporean politician who was elected to the Parliament of Singapore in the 2025 general election. She represents the Bishan–Toa Payoh GRC as a member of the People's Action Party.[1][2]
