King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard's EU/UK 2025 Tour is an upcoming concert tour across Europe in the fall of 2025, with a focus on the band's synth and electronic music, as well as their new orchestral album, Phantom Island.
History
The tour was announced on April 1, 2025, centering around content from their synth album The Silver Cord and their upcoming orchestral album Phantom Island.[1][2][3] Tickets went on sale at 10am on 4th April London time.[1] This will be the band's second tour in Europe in 2025, as they had previously performed the Europe Residency Tour from May to June.[4]
Due to the duel nature of their content for this tour, shows are divided into "rave" and "orchestral" sets, with British composer Chad Kelly conducting and directing various orchestras during those sets.[5][6]
In an 27 May interview, Ambrose Kenny-Smith did confirm that the album after Phantom Island will be another synth album centered around eurorack although it is still unclear if it will be released before the tour.[7]
