DigitalMania is the first[1] independent video game developer studio in Tunisia.[2] Founded in 2012 by Walid Sultan Midani, DigitalMania develops multiplatform games for Facebook, iOS, and Android.
Origin
- Founded in late 2011 by Walid Sultan Midani, an ESPRIT‑trained engineer who previously organized gaming tournaments starting in 2004[3]
- The founding team began by building games from scratch—studying tutorials, YouTube, and working out of Walid’s father’s office on a diet of 5 Tunisian dinars/day[4]
Games
- Warshmallows (2024)[5] Microsoft Windows/ Nintendo Switch
Blink, and you’re hit. Warshmallows is a hilariously fast-paced multiplayer shooting game, where you battle over the championship as sweet but dangerous marshmallows at war!
