Diane Mullins is an American politician, pastor, and community activist who is a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 47th district.[1] She was first elected in the 2024 Ohio House of Representatives election. The district is based in Butler County and includes the communities of Hamilton and Oxford.[2]
Mullins ran in the 2020 Ohio House of Representatives election, but lost in the Republican primary to Thomas Hall.
Personal life and education
Mullins serves as a pastor at Calvary Church in Hamilton, Ohio.[3] She is Christian. She graduated from Miami University.[4] She is the founder of Deborah's Voice, a Christian advocacy group.[5]
Political views
Abortion
Mullins stated that she is against abortion in most circumstances.[4]
Gun control
Mullins is a supporter of the Second Amendment and criticized her primary opponent in 2024 for being too lax on the Second Amendment.[6]
Transgender rights
Mullins opposes transgender women in sports.[4]
