Dan Gallin (1931[1]  – May 31, 2025[2] ) was a labor activist and Secretary General of the International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers' Associations from 1968 to 1997.[2] In 1997 he founded the Global Labour Institute.
