Czarna [ˈt͡ʂarna] (until 30 December 1999: Czarna Górna) is a village in Bieszczady County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Czarna.[1] It lies approximately 14 km (9 mi) south of Ustrzyki Dolne and 93 km (58 mi) south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
