Chmielewo [xmjɛˈlɛvɔ] (German Chmielewen, 1938–1945 Talau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Orzysz, within Pisz County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 13 km (8 mi) west of Orzysz, 23 km (14 mi) north of Pisz, and 84 km (52 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
