The club’s primary goal is to create a healthy, positive, and inclusive futsal community for working adults. Although competitive in nature, the club prioritizes health, fitness, and social interaction over pure results.
With a capped membership of around 30 players, the club ensures a close-knit, supportive atmosphere where players can improve their skills under the guidance of qualified coaches while enjoying a break from their demanding professional lives.
Entry into Malaysia Premier Futsal League (MPFL)
In 2024, Canaan FC took a significant step by joining the Malaysia Premier Futsal League (MPFL) Division 2, marking their debut in national-level competitive futsal. Despite being newcomers, the club performed impressively in their first season, securing a 6th-place finish out of 12 teams.[3][4]
