Breanna Tory Norris (born 28 May 2003) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper. She played college soccer for the University of Portland.

Early life

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Norris helped lead Boise High School to second-place finishes at states two years in a row and to two district titles.[2]

College career

University of Portland

During her time at University of Portland, Norris earned West Coast Conference (WCC) Goalkeeper of the Year twice in a row (2023, 2024), the first in school history. In her senior season, Norris led the WCC with 79 saves; she holds the UP school record with 279 career saves and had 36 career shutouts. Norris also earned All-WCC First Team twice (2023, 2024), 2023 United Soccer Coaches All-West Region First Team, and 2023 All-West Region First Team; the first in school history since 1997, and 2021 WCC Freshman of the Year. She was an Academic All American. Norris was named to the Mac Hermann Trophy watchlist her senior year.[3] Norris completed her four-years in Portland with 73 appearances.[2]

Club career

Angel City FC

Norris was invited to train with Angel City FC as a non-roster trialist for preseason ahead of the 2025 season. Angel City announced that they had signed Norris to her first professional contract on March 12, 2025, on a roster relief contract through June 30, 2025.[4] Norris and Hannah Johnson were both released by the club on July 1, 2025.[5]
