Brad Christ is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing the state's 96th House district.[1]

Early life

Christ was born in St. Louis.[2] Before entering politics, he was a businessman in the professional services sector.[3]

Political career

In 2025, Christ sponsored legislation in the Missouri legislature to undo a statewide ballot measure that passed with support of nearly two-thirds of voters in 2012 and which placed the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department under the control of the St. Louis mayor.[4] Christ's bill sought to take power away from the mayor and put it in the hands of the Missouri governor.[4]

Personal life

Christ lives in St. Louis with his wife Erin and their four children.[2] He is a Christian.[5]
