Bhagwal[1] is a village situated in the Chakwal District of Punjab, Pakistan. located approximately 97 kilometers far away from national capital Islamabad, it lies at coordinates 33°4′31″N 72°35′45″E, with an elevation of 432 meters above sea level. Bhagwal is located near several other villages, including Khara, Sohair, Gah, Ranjha, Patalian, Roopwal, Chawali Marath, and Karsal.[2]
Economy

- Ayaz Amir: renowned journalist and former Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA)
- Farooq Ahmed Haveli-Wala: Primary school teacher and a Local Politician (retd). More commonly known as "Peer Farooq" due to his devotion to the religion. Haveli-Wala is a term that is used for this family because their ancestors (Kassar Mughals) constructed a Haveli like Fort to protect their families from Sikh raids during their rule.
