Bethan Roe (born 3 November 1999) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender, most recently for FA Women's Championship club Charlton Athletic.

Career

She started her career at her hometown club Norwich City where she rose through their youth ranks before moving to Albion.[1][2] She initially featured for Brighton & Hove Albion's academy side in partnership with Worthing College.[3]

On 9 July 2024, Roe signed a new one year contract with Charlton Athletic.[4] On 2 July 2025, it was announced that Roe's contract had expired and she had departed Charlton.[5]
