History
In the 1938–1939 season, Josip Majnarić of Bela Vodica replaced Vladimir Srok as caretaker of Šloserov Dom on Risnjak.[5]: 249

There was a sawmill in Bela Vodica.[6]
Sports
The "Gorski Kotar Bike Tour", held annually since 2012,[7] sometimes goes through Bela Vodica, such as in the second leg for 2023, which started and ended in Bela Vodica.[8]
