Armenian Airlines LLC[3] (Armenian: Հայկական ավիաուղիներ) is a dormant Armenian airline company established in December 2022 and based at Zvartnots International Airport.[4]
History
Armenian Airlines was established in December 2022,[4] and is unrelated to the former state-owned flag carrier by the same name.[2]
On 7 April 2025, the airline suspended all flights due to the renewal of its fleet and the acquisition of new aircraft.[5] In May 2025, the Armenian Civil Aviation Committee suspended the airlines Air Operator Certificate for a period of six months. The decision was due to the fact that the carrier currently has no airworthy aircraft in its fleet and has no valid aircraft leasing contracts.[6]
Routes
As of April 2025, Armenian Airlines suspended all flights.[5] Previously, the airline served the following destinations:
- Kazan - Ğabdulla Tuqay Kazan International Airport[9]
- Mineralnye Vody - Mineralnye Vody Airport[10]
- Moscow - Sheremetyevo International Airport
- Sochi - Adler-Sochi International Airport
- Ufa - Mustai Karim Ufa International Airport[11][12]
- Volgograd - Gumrak Airport[8]
Fleet
Armenian Airlines previously operated a fleet of two Airbus A321s.[13]
