Antero Junction is an extinct town located in Park County, Colorado, United States. The townsite is located at coordinates 38°55′24″N 105°57′55″W / 38.9233°N 105.9653°W / 38.9233; -105.9653} at an elevation of 9,187 feet (2,800 meters).[3] Antero Junction is located at the junction of U.S. Route 285 and U.S. Route 24.[4][5]

The community takes its name from Mount Antero and the highway junction.[6] Antero Junction never had a post office.[7]
