Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe is an American lawyer who is a nominee to be a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.[1]
Education
Moe earned her Bachelor of Arts at the Furman University, and received her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2005.[2]
Nomination to district court
On June 16, 2025, President Trump announced his intent to nominate Moe to serve as a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. On June 25, 2025, a hearing on her nomination was held before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Her nomination is currently pending before the Senate Judiciary Committee.[3]
