Amar Memić (pronounced [ǎmar měmitɕ]; born 20 January 2001) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Czech First League club Viktoria Plzeň and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.
Memić started his professional career at Radnik Hadžići, before joining Bravo in 2021. The following year, he moved to Karviná. In 2025, he signed with Viktoria Plzeň.
A former youth international for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Memić made his senior international debut in 2025.
Club career
Early career
Memić came through the youth setup of Radnik Hadžići.[1] He made his professional debut against Travnik on 8 August 2020 at the age of 19.[2] On 6 September, he scored his first professional goal in a triumph over Igman Konjic.[3]
In July 2021, he signed with Slovenian club Bravo.[4]
In August 2022, he joined Czech team Karviná.[5]
Viktoria Plzeň
In January 2025, Memić was transferred to Viktoria Plzeň for an undisclosed fee.[6] He made his official debut for the squad on 3 February against Sigma Olomouc.[7] On 2 March, he scored his first goal for Viktoria Plzeň in a defeat of Mladá Boleslav.[8]
International career
Memić was a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina under-21 team for several years.[9]
In March 2025, he received his first senior call up, for 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Romania and Cyprus.[10] He debuted against the former on 21 March.[11]
