Alexandra Binaris is a South African fashion model.
Early life
Alexandra Binaris is of Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German descent,[2] and grew up in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.[3][4] Before pursuing professional modeling, she studied marketing, writing, and theatre and performance, later earning a postgraduate degree in marketing at the University of Cape Town, graduating Cum Laude on Deans List.[3][5]
Career
Alexandra had been scouted on numerous occasions but always put her studies first. Once graduating, Binaris went to South Africa’s top agency, and she was signed immediately.[3] That same day, an Elite Model Management scout, who was present at the time, signed her to Elite worldwide and Society in New York and was sent her to Paris.[6] She debuted with back to back Louis Vuitton and Chanel Worldwide Exclusive Contracts. Since then, she boasts A-list clientele. [3]
Binaris is deemed one of the most successful and highest paid models from South Africa.[7]
