Alan Plancey was a Jewish Rabbi and a leader in Hertsmere, England. He was appointed to the ceremonial position of Mayor of Hertsmere twice, once in 2019,[2] and again in 2020.[3] He has served as a councilor on the Hertsmere council representing the Conservative Party.
