Al Tazaj (Arabic: الطازج) is a BBQ and Fried chicken Saudi fast-casual restaurant chain headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia, for example, has 100 branches, and restaurants are also located in Jordan (7 branches), Morocco used to have one branch in Casablanca[1] but closed due to unknown reasons, and the United Arab Emirates with five branches in Dubai, 2 in both Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and one in Ajman, though as of 2025, all branches in the UAE have been closed due to multiple food safety violations.[2][3]
