History

Al-Kholood FC is a Saudi Arabian football club based in the city of Ar-rass, located in the western region of the country. The club was founded in 1970 and has been primarily known for its involvement in Saudi lower-division football.

While the team has not gained major national recognition or success in the top-flight Saudi Pro League, Al-Kholood FC has built a reputation for being a competitive side in the regional leagues. The club has spent much of its history in the Saudi Arabian Second Division and Third Division, with occasional promotions to higher divisions.

Al-Kholood FC's fanbase, while smaller compared to top-tier clubs in Saudi Arabia, remains passionate, and the team's matches are significant events for the local community. Over the years, the club has seen periods of progress and struggle, and it continues to work towards climbing the ranks of Saudi football.
