Achari (surname)

Achar, Achari, or Acharya is a surname from southern parts of India.[1] Achar/Achari as a last name is used for girls and Achar/Achari/Achary/Acharya for boys in Karnataka. The surname is a last name used by members of the Vishwakarma community native to the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala in India.
