Lieutenant General Abdullah Dogar HI(M) is a retired three-star general of the Pakistan Army. He served as Commander of II Corps in Multan and Chairman of Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT).
Military career
Dogar was commissioned into the Armoured Corps on 11 September 1986 as part of the 74th Pakistan Military Academy Long Course.[1]
In October 2017, he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general and appointed as the Corps Commander of II Corps in Multan.[2] He served in this position until September 2018, when he was succeeded by Lieutenant General Muhammad Naeem Ashraf.[3]
Following his tenure as Corps Commander, Dogar was appointed as the Chairman of Heavy Industries Taxila.[4]
