2027 FIFA Women's World Cup qualification (CONCACAF)

The North, Central American and Caribbean section of the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup qualification will act as qualifiers for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup to be held in Brazil for national teams who are members of the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF). Four teams will qualify directly to join hosts Brazil and two teams will advance to the inter-confederation play-offs.^[1]

• Qualifying stage: The two highest-ranked teams in the CONCACAF rankings will receive a bye to the final tournament, and the remaining 39 nations may elect to enter qualification. Teams which enter will be drawn into six groups to play up to four matches in a single-leg round-robin tournament (two matches at home and two away) during the international windows in October and November/December 2025, and February/March and April 2026. The winners of each group will qualify for the final tournament in November 2026.^[2] Exact mechanics, especially in the case of more than 30 teams entering qualification, have yet to be announced.
• Final tournament: Eight teams will play in the tournament, which will be held in November 2026. They will play a single-elimination tournament consisting of quarter-finals, play-ins (between the losers of the quarter-finals), semi-finals, a third place match and a final. The competition will qualify four CONCACAF teams for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup in Brazil, while two teams will advance to the inter-confederation play-offs. In addition, two teams will qualify for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.^[2]

The schedule of first round is not confirmed yet.

The two losers will join one team from OFC, UEFA and two each from CAF, CONCACAF, and CONCACAF in the inter-confederation play-offs. The teams will be ranked according to the FIFA Women's World Ranking, the winners of these matches qualifying for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup.
