Schedule

On 16 December 2024, the official calendar for the 2025 season was announced, featuring 14 races across 13 weekends, including a doubleheader weekend with the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.[3][4] There were two tentative race dates on the initial calendar; El Dorado Speedway on 12 April and Autódromo Panamá on 13 September.

On 7 March, the race at El Dorado Speedway was excluded for undisclosed reasons, and replaced with a third date at the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed on the same weekend.[5] On 8 April, the round at Autódromo Panamá was confirmed, and the race name being the "Nations Panama City 200".[6]

On 9 May, further changes were announced to the 2025 calendar. The race at Autódromo Monterrey was shifted from 9 August to 5 July. As a result, the round at Autodromo Miguel E. Abed was pushed back by two weeks to 20 July, replacing a round that had been scheduled at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. The newly vacated date on the calendar from these changes was the 9/10 August.[7]

2025 NASCAR Challenge Series

The 2025 NASCAR Challenge Series is the ninth season of the NASCAR Challenge Series, a regional stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in Mexico. It began with a race at the Super Óvalo Potosino on 2 March, and will conclude with a race at the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed on 9 November. The series is intended for young drivers, and acts as the second-tier series to the NASCAR Mexico Series.

The champion from 2024 was Eloy Sebastián, who raced full-time for the NASCAR Mexico Series in 2025.
