The 2025 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils football team will represent Mississippi Valley State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Delta Devils are expected to be coached by first-year head coach Terrell Buckley and play at Rice–Totten Stadium in Itta Bena, Mississippi.

Mississippi Valley State is ineligible for postseason play regardless of their final record due to an insufficient Academic Progress Rate.[2]
