The 2025 Minnesota Twins season is the 65th season for the Minnesota Twins franchise in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, their 16th season at Target Field, and the 125th overall in the American League.

Offseason

The Twins finished the 2024 season with an 82–80 record, which was a five game regression from their 87–75 record in 2023.

In February, the Twins signed outfielder Harrison Bader to a one-year contract worth $6.25 million.^[1]

Potential ownership change

On October 10, 2024, it was announced that the Pohlads, who have owned the Twins since 1984, would be exploring a sale of the franchise.^[2]
