The 2025 IIHF World Championship Division I consisted of two international ice hockey tournaments organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation.[1] Divisions I A and I B represent the second and the third tier of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships.
In Group A, Great Britain and Italy gained promotion to the Top Division and Romania was relegated. Lithuania won Group B and got promoted, while Croatia was relegated to Division II.
