The 2025 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II consisted of two international ice hockey tournaments of the 2025 Women's Ice Hockey World Championships organised by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).[1]

Group A was held in Bytom, Poland from 7 to 13 April and Group B held in Dunedin, New Zealand, from 14 to 20 April 2025.
