The 2025 CONCACAF Caribbean Cup will be the third edition of the CONCACAF Caribbean Cup, the first-tier annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region. It will be contested by clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), a sub-confederation of CONCACAF.[1]
The winners of the 2025 CONCACAF Caribbean Cup will qualify to the 2026 CONCACAF Champions Cup Round of 16, and the second and third place teams will qualify to Round One.[1]
Teams
Ten teams from five to seven CFU member associations qualify for the tournament. Eight teams from five nations qualify based on results from their domestic leagues and the remaining two teams qualify from the 2025 CFU Club Shield.[1]
The entry berths are as follows:
- CFU Club Shield: 2 berths (champions and runners-up)
- Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago: 2 berths
- Haiti, Suriname: 1 berth

Group stage
In the group stage, each group will be played on a home-and-away basis, where each club plays every other club in their group once, two matches at home and two matches away.
The first and second-place finishers will advance to the knockout stage.
