The 2025–26 Purdue Boilermakers men's basketball team will represent Purdue University in the 2025–26 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Their head coach is Matt Painter, who is in his 21st season with the Boilermakers. The Boilermakers will play their home games at Mackey Arena in West Lafayette, Indiana as members of the Big Ten Conference.

Previous season

Purdue finished the 2024–25 season 24–12, 13-7 in Big Ten play, good for a three-way tie for 4th place between UCLA and Wisconsin. They participated in the Rady Children's Invitational, where they defeated Ole Miss 80–78 in the championship game. In the Big Ten tournament, they defeated USC in the first round, before falling to Michigan in the quarterfinals. As an at–large bid to the NCAA tournament, they were the 4–seed in the Midwest region. They defeated High Point in the first round and McNeese in the second round before falling to eventual national runner–up Houston in the Sweet Sixteen.
