The 2025–26 season is the 88th season in the club's history and the 35th season of FC Chornomorets Odesa in the domestic league/cup of Ukraine. The Sailors will compete in the 2025–26 Ukrainian First League and 2025–26 Ukrainian Cup. Chornomorets has returned to the Ukrainian First League after four seasons.

  • June 9, 2025 As it became known one of the assistants of the head coach of Chornomorets, Anatoliy Didenko, has left his post. However, he did not leave the club, but took the position of senior coach of the U-19 team.[7]
  • June 10, 2025 It was announced that Andriy Uschapovskyi will replace Oleksandr Babych as sporting director of the first team.[8]
  • June 17, 2025 It was announced that FC Chornomorets hired Oleksandr Rybka as goalkeepers coach.[9]
