The 2025–26 season is Celtic's 132nd season of competitive football.
Pre-season and friendlies
Celtic faced Queen's Park and Cork City in early July.[1][2] They then travelled to Portugal for a pre-season training camp, where they will play Estrela da Amadora and Sporting CP.[3][4] On returning to Glasgow, the Scottish champions will face Newcastle United at Celtic Park.[5] Their pre-season schedule concludes with a mini tournament in Italy, where they will play Ajax and either Como or Al-Ahli.[6]
