Mark Ceban was the reigning champion, but was no longer eligible to participate in under 14 tournament this year.[1] He received a wildcard into the boys' singles event where he lost in the quarterfinals to Maxim Mrva.[2] Takahiro Kawaguchi defeated Jordan Lee 6–2, 6–2 in the final.[3]

Format

The first phase of the tournament saw four round-robin groups compete. The winners of advanced to the semi-finals. The rest competed in a consolation play-off tournament.
