The 2024–25 Central Arkansas Sugar Bears basketball team represents the University of Central Arkansas during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Sugar Bears, led by second-year head coach Tony Kemper, play their home games at the Farris Center in Conway, Arkansas, as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference.

Previous season

The Sugar Bears finished the 2023–24 season 21–12, 11–5 in ASUN play, to finish in third place.[1] They defeated North Alabama,[2] and Eastern Kentucky,[3] before falling to Florida Gulf Coast in the ASUN tournament championship game.[4] They received an at-large bid to the WNIT,[5] where they would fall to eventual tournament champions Saint Louis in the first round.[6]
