The 2024–25 Niagara Purple Eagles women's basketball team represents Niagara University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Purple Eagles, led by 10th-year head coach Jada Pierce, play their home games at the Gallagher Center in Lewiston, New York as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.
Previous season
The Purple Eagles finished the 2023–24 season 21–14, 15–5 in MAAC play, to finish in second place.[1] They defeated Quinnipiac[2] and Siena[3] before falling to top-seeded Fairfield in the MAAC tournament championship game.[4] They received an at-large bid to the WNIT,[5] where they would defeat Le Moyne in the first round,[6] before falling to Vermont in the second round.[7]
