The 2024–25 Hockey India League, also known as the Hero Hockey India League for sponsorship reasons, was the sixth season of the Hockey India League.[1] It was held from 28 December 2024 to 1 February 2025.[2] The women's league was won by Odisha Warriors while the men's league was won by Rarh Bengal Tigers.[3]
In April 2024, Hockey India announced Big Bang Media Ventures as its commercial and marketing partner agency.[4] The league had 8 men's and 4 women's league teams.[5]
Format
Eight teams for the men's tournament and four teams for the women's tournament are placed in a group to play round-robin matches. The top four teams qualify for the knockout stage.[6] Playing eleven, teams had to have a minimum of two and a maximum of five foreign players.[7]

Venues
The matches were held across two cities, Ranchi and Rourkela.[8] While women's games were hosted at the Jaipal Singh Stadium in Ranchi, the men's games were held at the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium in Rourkela.[9]
