The 2024–25 Federation Cup (also known as Bashundhara Group Federation Cup 2024–25 for sponsorship reasons) was the 36th edition of the tournament, the main domestic annual top-tier club football competition in Bangladesh organized by Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). Ten participants were participated in the tournament. Its played from 3 December 2024 to 29 April 2025.[2][3] As the winners, Bashundhara Kings have qualified for the 2025–26 AFC Challenge League preliminary stage.
Bashundhara Kings is the current champions having defeated Abahani Limited Dhaka by (5)1–1(3) goals penalties shootout in the final on 29 April 2025.[4]Bashundhara Kings have qualified for 2025 Bangladesh Challenge Cup for the won title of 2024–25 Federation Cup (Bangladesh).[5]

The draw ceremony of the tournament was held on 20 November 2024 15:00 BST at 3rd floor of BFF house Motijheel, Dhaka Bangladesh. The ten clubs were divided into two groups, top two group winners & runners-up form each group will qualify in the next round.[6]

There is no home-away matches in this cup competition. So, every Qualification Round (QR) to the Final matches and Final will be played in neutral vanues.
QRF 1 winners will be advanced to the Final and losers will get a second chance by faceing QRF 2 winners in QRF 3.
The winners of QRF 3 will face QRF 1 winners in the Final.
