The 2024–25 season was the 102nd season in the history of FC Spartak Trnava, and the club's 22nd consecutive season in Slovak First Football League. In addition to the domestic league, the team participated in the Slovak Cup and the UEFA Conference League, winning the former competition for the ninth time. As winners of the cup, Spartak Trnava qualified for the 2025–26 UEFA Europa League first qualifying round.[1]
