Notes:
- ^ The owner and the general director of Torpedo were arrested on 19 June 2025 and later charged with attempting to bribe a referee during the 2024–25 season. Russian Football Union is conducting their own investigation which could result in Torpedo's promotion being cancelled.[1][2]
- ^ Chernomorets was not issued the 2025–26 RPL license and was replaced in the play-offs by Sochi.[3][4]
